Employment Policies
EQUAL EMPLOYMENT: ATW provides equal employment to all regardless of race, color, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, military status, or any other protected class. BACKGROUND CHECKS: May be conducted on any applicant or employee with signed consent. AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT: Either the company or employee may end the relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice. INTRODUCTORY PERIOD: Your first 90 days is a trial period for both you and ATW. CLASSIFICATIONS: Full-Time (32+ hrs), Part-Time, Temporary, Exempt, Non-Exempt.

Conduct & Behavior
Employees must exercise professionalism and courtesy at all times. PROHIBITED CONDUCT includes: theft, harassment, insubordination, unauthorized absences, drug/alcohol use, falsifying documents, and workplace violence. HARASSMENT: Sexual and unlawful harassment is strictly prohibited. This includes unwanted advances, derogatory remarks, and retaliation against anyone who reports harassment. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE: Step 1 — Submit in writing to your supervisor within 3 business days. Step 2 — Escalate to your District Manager if unresolved.

Compensation & Pay
PAY PERIODS: Bi-weekly. Paydays are every other Friday. TIMEKEEPING: Clock in no earlier than 15 minutes before your shift. You must clock in from a store location — not from home. OVERTIME: Must be pre-authorized by a supervisor. COMMISSIONS: Paid per the monthly Compensation Goal Matrix. Subject to chargebacks up to 181 days after a sale. Employees who don't give 2 weeks' notice forfeit their final commission check. EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS: Refer someone hired full-time. After 181 days, both you and the referred employee receive $250.

Benefits & Leave
HOLIDAYS (Exempt employees only): New Year's Day, Easter, Independence Day, Christmas Day. VACATION: Full-time employees accrue 40 hours (years 1-2) or 80 hours (years 3-5). Use-it-or-lose-it annually. No vacation approved November 15 through January 5. Requests must be submitted 30 days in advance. BEREAVEMENT: Up to 3 paid days for immediate family (parents, spouse, child, sibling, grandchild, in-laws, step-relatives). OTHER LEAVES: Temporary Disability, Military Leave (USERRA), Jury Duty (unpaid, may use PTO), Witness Leave, Crime Victim Leave.

Health, Safety & Security
NON-SMOKING: Smoking, vaping, and chew are not permitted in any company buildings, work sites, or vehicles. DRUG & ALCOHOL: Strictly prohibited during work hours or on company property. The company may conduct drug testing. Refusal to test is treated as a positive result. WEAPONS: No weapons of any kind are permitted on company property, including firearms and knives with blades over 6 inches. INJURY REPORTING: All injuries must be reported immediately to your manager and documented on an injury form.

Workplace Guidelines
HOURS: Be at your workstation, ready to process a sale, when the store opens. Clock in no earlier than 15 minutes before your shift. ATTENDANCE: Call your manager by phone at least 1 hour before your shift if you cannot come in. Text and email are not acceptable. Three consecutive unreported absences = voluntary resignation. DRESS CODE: Verizon apparel required during all work hours. No flip flops, sweats, hats, sagging pants, or offensive slogans. CONFIDENTIALITY: All company data transfers must use your work email — not personal email.

Social Media & Technology
SOCIAL MEDIA: Do not post anything harmful, defamatory, or harassing about the company, co-workers, or customers. Do not represent yourself as a company spokesperson unless authorized. TECHNOLOGY USE: Company internet and email are for business use only and are subject to monitoring. Do not download software without manager approval. CONSEQUENCES: Conduct that negatively affects your performance or the company's reputation may result in discipline up to termination.

Employment Separation
RESIGNATION: Please provide at least 2 weeks written notice submitted to your manager. FINAL COMMISSION CHECK: Withheld until all chargebacks have been identified by Wireless Zone. Employees who do not give 2 weeks notice forfeit their final commission check. RETURN OF PROPERTY: All company property (keys, devices, credit cards) must be returned on your final day. Final checks are withheld until all property is returned. TERMINATION: Employment is at-will and may be ended by either party at any time, with or without cause.
